If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will be happy give you a full refund. To receive a full refund please follow procedures. Upon your deliveries arrival please inspect it, to insure that you received the correct merchandise, and there is no shipping damage. If you feel there is shipping damage or that you were shipped the product in error, simply call us @ 800-449-7533 or 318-443-9524 to obtain a return authorization number and refuse the delivery after inspection. Please note the reason for refusal and the return authorization on the bill of laden. We will be happy to re-ship your merchandise or we will refund your money in full. After order/delivery has has been accepted by customer there will be a minimum 15% re-stocking fee to cover shipping and handling on all returns. Note: unauthorized returns will be assessed a 15% shipping and handling surcharge. Only mattress sets in brand new condition may be returned (exception: shipping damage). No refunds will be issued on special order and/or merchandise that has been used. Acceptance of your order/delivery is acceptance that it is in satisfactory condition.

2 Week Comfort Guarantee (see details below)

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 2 week satisfaction guarantee. You should allow a minimum of 7-10 days for your body to adjust to your new mattress set. If you feel after the normal adjustment period that your new mattress set is simply not the right fit for you, please call us @ 800-449-7533. We can send you a different mattress (with a different feel). You must notify us within the 14 day trial period if you have a comfort guarantee problem or we cannot issue an exchange. There is a minimum 15% re-stocking fee on all comfort guarantee exchanges to cover all shipping and handling charges. Comfort exchanges are limited to one exchange only. Due to health concerns only mattress sets in new condition may be returned. Mattresses with stains and/or any damages will not be accepted. No exchanges will be issued on special order and/or damaged merchandise.

All warranties are manufactures warranties and we do not imply or make any claims other than the specific information contained within the original manufactures warranty. It is the responsibility of the purchaser (you) for all shipping charges.
